Typically 12-20 weeks depending on your starting condition and goals. For first-time competitors, I recommend starting 16-20 weeks out to allow for a more sustainable prep.
Yes! While my competition background is in bodybuilding and strongman, I design sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for various sports including rugby, AFL, and combat sports.
Training can be conducted in-home for general strength work, or I can recommend equipped facilities in Adelaide for specialized strongman or powerlifting training. Online coaching is also available for athletes outside Adelaide.
